Arutech Digital LTD ("we," "us," or "our") built the ScreenSprout app as a Freemium/Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Arutech Digital LTD and is intended for use as is.

Data Collection and Use

Our application is designed with privacy as a priority. All screen time data, PINs, and usage statistics are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or share your personal data with any external servers or third parties.

Required Permissions and Why We Need Them

To provide parental control functionality, our app requires the following sensitive permissions:

• Accessibility Service API: Our app utilizes the AccessibilityService API strictly to monitor which applications are being opened on the device. This allows the app to instantly block access to restricted apps or enforce daily screen time quotas. We do not use the AccessibilityService API to collect, store, or transmit any personal information, screen content, or typing behavior.
• Device Administrator (Tamper Shield): This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This is required to prevent children from force-stopping or uninstalling the application to bypass screen time limits.
• Display Over Other Apps: This permission is required to display the lock screen overlay when the daily screen time quota is reached or when the device is locked by the parent.
