Privacy Governance Statement
1. Institutional Sovereign Posture
At Arutech Digital Ltd. ("Arutech", "we", "our", or "us"), we engineer institutional web applications, high-performance bespoke enterprise systems, and native mobile platforms. Our foundational engineering ethos prioritizes deterministic hybrid execution and hardware-grade cryptographic proof. We treat data privacy not merely as a regulatory requirement, but as a core architectural imperative.
2. Data Collection and Telemetry
As a Sovereign Software Foundry, we design systems that heavily utilize on-device processing and local encrypted enclaves to minimize data exposure. However, operating modern Secure Cloud Infrastructures necessitates some data collection:
- Corporate Engagements: When initiating a Studio Dialogue or engineering inquiry, we collect organizational identity metadata (corporate email, entity name, architectural requirements).
- System Telemetry: For our deployed cloud-hybrid web and mobile platforms, we process non-identifiable operational telemetry (Local Bus Latency, edge delivery metrics, cipher handshakes) to maintain our 0.4ms latency SLAs and enforce cryptographic integrity.
- House of Brands: Interactions with our proprietary subsidiaries (PnL AI, Prop Firm Risk Calculator, ScreenSprout, UK Business Sites) are governed by their respective localized privacy enclaves, which inherit Arutech's strict sovereignty standards.
3. Cryptographic Storage & Transmission
All data traversing our pipelines is secured via AES-GCM 256-bit encryption. Egress logic is strictly deterministic. We utilize zero-knowledge architectures wherever feasible, ensuring that Arutech Digital does not retain decryptable copies of client-vaulted intelligence or sovereign enterprise logic unless explicitly requested for maintenance under a specialized Institutional SLA.
4. Third-Party Egress and Risk Perimeters
We do not sell, broker, or probabilistically monetize organizational data. Data sharing is limited exclusively to our audited secure-cloud infrastructure partners (e.g., Vercel Edge Network, AWS, GCP) necessary to facilitate high-performance cloud hosting, edge delivery, and enterprise scale. All vendors are subjected to strict architectural audits ensuring they meet our internal "Zero-Leakage" perimeter requirements.
5. Your Architectural Rights
Under prevailing data protection frameworks (including GDPR), you retain total sovereignty over your corporate metadata. You possess the right to initiate a Cryptographic Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), request an audit ledger of your telemetry, or amend your Studio Dialogue records.
To invoke these rights, please execute an authenticated request to our Governance matrix at:
